How long is a typical training session?
Most teams choose our 2-day intensive format—enough depth to build real skills without pulling people away from projects for too long. We also offer half-day intro workshops for leadership buy-in, 1-day deep dives on focused topics, and multi-week bootcamps for comprehensive skill transformation. During our scoping call, we recommend the format that matches your goals and availability.
What does training cost?
Training is priced per team, not per participant—so adding one more person doesn’t increase the cost. Rates depend on format and customization level. A standard 2-day workshop for up to 12 participants starts in the low four-figure range. German companies may qualify for up to 100% government funding through the Qualifizierungschancengesetz—we handle the application process for you.
How many participants can join a training session?
Our sweet spot is 6–12 participants—small enough for hands-on attention, large enough for meaningful group dynamics and peer learning. For teams of 3–5, we adjust to a more coaching-style format. For groups larger than 12, we split into parallel tracks with shared plenary sessions. Every format ensures each participant gets direct interaction with the trainer.
What do participants receive after training?
Every participant leaves with hands-on materials they can use immediately: workshop documentation, code templates, configuration examples, and cheat sheets tailored to your tech stack. Everything integrates directly into your repositories and workflows—no generic PDFs that collect dust. For multi-day formats, we include a follow-up session to review how practices are landing in daily work.

Yes. All our training is available in both German and English, including materials, exercises, and documentation. Most of our German clients prefer German-language delivery for maximum accessibility across all seniority levels. We switch seamlessly between languages and can deliver mixed-language sessions for international teams.
Can we start with one team and expand later?
Absolutely—this is how most organizations begin. Start with a pilot team through one of our training formats. Once the practices prove themselves and internal champions emerge, we help you design a rollout to additional teams. Many clients begin with one team’s custom training, then expand through follow-on cohorts and consulting engagements for teams ready to embed practices deeper.
Is government funding available for training?
Yes. German companies can receive up to 100% funding for training costs through the Qualifizierungschancengesetz. Depending on company size and situation, salary costs during training may also be covered. We are certified to deliver funded training and handle the complete application process for you. During our first call, we’ll assess whether your company qualifies.
What support do we get after training ends?
All training includes follow-up access to keep momentum going. Custom team training adds a dedicated consulting session to plan your next steps, plus an optional ongoing consulting subscription for continued embedded guidance. Your team owns the practices and configurations—everything integrates directly into your workflows and repositories.
Do you work with remote and distributed teams?
Yes, all our training works seamlessly with remote teams. Sessions are conducted via video conferencing, materials are shared across all team members, and documentation travels with your team wherever they work. In fact, many of the practices we teach—like structured documentation and explicit knowledge sharing—often work even better with distributed teams.
What's the minimum team size needed to make this worthwhile?
Our programs work effectively with teams as small as 3 developers and scale to enterprise organizations. For 3–8 developers you get intensive, hands-on advancement; for 8–15 a balanced framework with peer learning; for 15+ we phase the rollout with champion development. Even single developers benefit when part of larger organizations, since the practices scale naturally.
Won't this training become outdated quickly with how fast AI is evolving?
